Her work focused on bringing clarity, structure, and sustainable growth to organizations facing overwhelm, misalignment, or operational chaos. After years of leading high-stakes turnarounds, Claire recognized something important: the same problems breaking multimillion-dollar companies were also holding small business owners back — but without the support, resources, or strategic guidance they needed.

So she made a shift.
